I am about to be a first time home owner as soon as I close with my mortgage company (Avrus Mortgage) next Wednesday. Since I was apart of a first time home owner program and didn’t have to out a deposit down the first thing I am doing with the money that I was saving for my deposit is going to a full bathroom remodel. I just hate the idea of sitting in a tub where others that I don’t know have been sitting. Can’t wait until my bathroom is exactly the way I want it.
